Bristol day 1

We are staying in a flat in Fishponds. There is a trampoline inthe back yard.

Today we got up early and caught a double decker bus into tow.

We sat on the top deck.

There was a dog that came on the bus with his owner. They sat in the back row. It was mad to be allowed to have dogs in buses.

The weather is cold but we are are warm in our coats and mittens.  I like the cold.

The seagulls here are huge - twice as big as Australian seagulls.  

We saw white swans, and narrowboats on the floating harbour.

This is a salt and grit tub. They use this on the cobblestones when it is icy to stop people slipping

We saw some old churches, some of them were in ruins.

Today we got up and caught a taxi to the airport. We hopped on a big plane. I was excited. There were pi!lows and blankets on our seats and a TV screen.  We got a drink and some crackers and I watched the movie Grease.
The flight attendants brought us a special kids bag with puzzles and stuff and we got a special lunch. It was delicious.
I like being on the plane, but the toilets are really noisy when you flush.

Today

I helped mum pack the suitcases. We have 2 big suitcases. One is black and one is red. We have a small purple one to take on the plane

We are waiting for our taxi to take us to the airport

Today we drove to Brisbane. We are staying in a motel. We went for a long walk. It was hot. We saw a cruise ship called Marina Majura. It had orange life boats.
